Dan’s 1968 Mustang GT/CS

My friend Dan owns a sweet ’68 California Special in Tahoe Turquoise, so here’s a sweet Mustang GT/CS marker sketch!

Sketched out on toned tan paper, I started with Micron pen – 005 & 03 weights – from this low horizon perspective.

From there, I used light blue and Ice Ocean Copic markers for the body work, and a variety of cool grays for the chrome work, trim, and wheels. Charcoal white make the shiny parts and outline to pop it off the page.
