Waking Vegas Hot Rod

This one was a lot of fun to do. I play drums in a rock band called Waking Vegas – we played for a family festival yesterday in Highland, MI and in preparation I drew what I think would be the perfect band equipment hauler.

This is a ’32 Ford sedan delivery gasser with a blown 427 big block with zoomies. On the rear panel, I’ve put our band logo. I used primarily Copic grays on this one in order to let the band logo pop. The bright work is done with some added light blues to reflect the sky and tans to reflect the ground.

I don’t think my drums would be well stacked after cranking to gig in this thing. Check out my band here or our Facebook page here.
