1970 GTO, Take II

I’m torn about the Judge I drew over the weekend, so I made another GTO drawing. I’m still trying to work out the nuances of what I like and don’t like about my drawings. For instance, whether to outline the separations between color shades with ink pen…On this GTO, I mostly left them out and I’m happy with the way it looks. Also, I bought a new pad of marker paper over the weekend which seems to promote blending quite a bit better than the cardstock I had been using.

I chose to leave out the Judge decals on this car for a cleaner look. I did, however keep the purple shading on the tires – I like the way that makes them pop and adds a little extra character. Also, I really dig the headlights on this one. Enjoy!
