Rest Easy, Bandit

Today we lost a legend – Burt Reynolds passed at the age of 82. He was born in Michigan, and while he gave us many memorable roles in both TV and film, Smokey and the Bandit was by far the most memorable among us car folk. His swagger and panache made girls crush on him and boys man-crush on him…not to mention how he handled that Trans Am. It’s a tough farewell when you see your childhood heroes go, so here’s to you, Mr. Reynolds – rest easy.
